Befitting its storied history, the bar offers up a wide-ranging and varied selection of spirits. There are specialty beers on tap, Scottish single malts, and a domestic and imported wine list offering 15 vintages by the glass.

There is also an extensive selection of rare, vintage wines, cellar-dwellers that have languished for years under optimum conditions, developing and maturing and now awaiting their call.

Blanche de Chambly
Blanche de Chambly has an alluring pale golden colour, effervescent foam and a subtle bouquet of spice and citrus notes. It is mildly malty, sightly sweet and refreshingly thirst-quenching. 5% alcohol

Maudite
Maudite has a deep amber-red color with a rocky foam head and an appealing aroma of wild spices and floral hop notes. It is spicy, vinous, and deliciously complex with a crisp hop finish. 8% Alcohol

Sleeman Cream Ale
R Remarkably smooth for a full-flavoured beer. The refreshing taste of a German Lager with the distinctive taste of an English Ale. 5% Alcohol

Sleeman Light
Exceptionally smooth lager with fresh citrus aromas, subtle malt character and clean finish. 4% alcohol

Sleeman Honey Brown Lager
A refreshingly smooth, full-bodied lager, with a subtle touch of all natural honey which creates a slightly sweet finish. 5.2% alcohol

Original Draught is a well-balanced, easy to drink lager, with a distinctive hop aroma and a highly refreshing finish. 5% alcohol

Okanagan Spring Pale Ale
Clear and copper coloured, it is fruity on the palate and hearty in hops with a nice, round finish. We are honoured that Pale Ale continues to be BC’s, most popular craft brew. 5% alcohol

Okanagan Spring 1516
The decree states that only four ingredients can be used when making beer: barley, hops, yeast and water. The result is a lager with a crisp finish and a rich golden colour. 5% alcohol
